It's Almost Mother's Day!
Make her feel special with these quick & easy recipes fit for a Queen.
If you’re like me, you’re a mom whose decided to host Mother’s Day brunch at your own house. Who even does that? I don’t know why I can’t take a day off. It’s almost like I live for entertaining people.
This Mother’s Day Menu includes the classics-coffee, tea, mimosas, fresh fruit, bagels with cream cheese and smoked salmon & a couple more good ones that I’m excited to share.
This Spring, I’ve been crazy about store bought puff pastry dough. It’s so easy to work with and just turns into the most beautiful, golden crust in the oven with a simple egg wash.
Here are some Recipes I’m loving with Puff Pastry..
Blueberry Galette
How gorgeous is this? The cinnamon and sugar sprinkled along the outer edges of the galette really make this dessert EXTRA. And you MUST serve it with vanilla ice cream!
Asparagus Puff Pastry Tart Bundles
These Asparagus Puff Pastries are savory, cheesy, gooey & delish! I love using vegetables that are in season, so on with the Asparagus!
The Video
I just posted a brand NEW video for these asparagus bundles! I hope you will check it out.

A message to the Moms
We see you. As a mom myself, I understand why there is an entire day dedicated to us. There should be a month. It’s hard work, every single minute of every day. If we’re not with our kids, we’re worried about them. Are they safe? Did they forget their water bottle? Are they hanging out with good friends?
Lately, I’ve been trying to let go of some of the control issues I have and focus on being more creative. It turns out that being a food creator brings me a lot of joy and helps me find peace. It’s buried deep, but I think there is some in there.
I hope that you find joy in something you love, whether that’s a hobby or even cooking. We put a lot of pressure on ourselves and at some point that pressure needs be released. Let it be through a positive experience that you’ve chosen and not a negative one.
I went down a rabbit hole, but I love each of you and thank you for reading my thoughts & recipes! Enjoy your Mother’s Day. If you’re not a Mom, celebrate the Moms around you~and cook them good food!
